  1. Join the Discord

    It is free and it is where the whole community meets.

  2. Say what you play

    Introduce yourself with your games, roles and usual playing times.

  3. Jump into a session

    Join a community night or operation; it is the fastest way to meet regulars.

  4. Keep the squad together

    Found your people? Plan the next session together and bring others in.

03 Participation guidelines

Be the squadmate you would want.

Good squads are built on a few simple habits. They apply everywhere you play with TGL, alongside each server’s rules.

  • Communicate

    Use voice or text the way the game and squad expect, and keep comms clear when it matters.

  • Play your role

    If you take a role, play it. If you need to swap, say so.

  • Turn up, or tell them

    Be on time for planned sessions, and let your squad know if you cannot make it.

  • Make room for newcomers

    Everyone was new once. Explain, include and be patient.

  • Report, do not call out

    Raise problems with staff privately rather than in public channels.
